• Danville Transit:  

  • Danville Transit will offer free bus service citywide on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4, to help remove transportation barriers for voters.

  • The free service applies to all Danville Transit operations, including fixed-route and reservation-based services. Fixed routes serve most polling locations, while the Reserve A Ride program provides door-to-door service, subject to availability.

• Hampton Roads Transit: 

  • HRT is offering free rides on all services Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, as a public service. The free rides run the length of the service day on buses, light rail, ferry, paratransit, and OnDemand rideshare. Find your local route: https://gohrt.com/routes/
