We must act now- before it’s too late- and use our power to protect fair representation and make sure our voices are not silenced. We are asking every union voter to stand together and VOTE YES to protect our jobs, our values, and our democracy.

We are facing a critical moment for our democracy. Across the country, MAGA-led states, at the direction of Donald Trump, are taking unprecedented steps to rig the upcoming midterm elections.

In response, Virginia has a chance to stand firm. By voting YES on the Redistricting Referendum, you are choosing to level the playing field. We can ensure Virginia has a Congress that stands up for workers rather than one that acts as a rubber stamp for an anti-labor agenda. The first step is passing the Redistricting Referendum on April 21st.

WHY YOUR *YES* VOTE MATTERS:

●  Protecting Workers and Families: A "YES" vote ensures we elect representatives who value collective bargaining, fund good union jobs, prioritize our healthcare, and work to keep costs down for every household.

●  Level the Playing Field: Voting "YES" prevents partisan interests from silencing our voices. It ensures that voters choose their politicians, rather than politicians choosing their voters.

●  A Targeted, Temporary Solution: This amendment is a necessary emergency measure. It is designed to protect our upcoming elections and will automatically sunset after the 2030 census, at which point Virginia’s standard redistricting process will resume.
